Continua Systems is committed to protecting the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI) and maintaining safeguards designed to meet the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Continua has assessed its platform, systems, and operational practices against applicable HIPAA requirements and maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the services it provides. Continua maintains its HIPAA compliance through its policies, procedures, security controls, and ongoing review of its practices.

This HIPAA compliance statement is made and approved by the Co-founder of Continua Systems.
