Setting up two-factor authentication
- After requesting your account, you should receive an email similar to the one below (check your spam folder if not received):
- Login with your provided username and temp password and ensure there are no trailing spaces.
- Set the new password.
- Login with the new username/password:
- Scan the token with a software token manager app on your phone.
- Use an app such as FreeOTP or Google Authenticator, which utilizes your phone's camera. Activate the camera function in the app and input the provided token on the following page:
- Log back into the home page:
- Use the software token app on your phone to enter the verification code on the page below.
- If you continue to see the same screen as in step (5), it suggests that an incorrect token was entered previously. Should you repeatedly fail to progress beyond this step, remove the token from your token app and reattempt the step.
You should see the Continua dashboard after a successful login.
